This is a beautiful, flavorful side dish that’s great to make during the week because it’s simple and filling.
My family loves curry but they’re not that fond of cauliflower. This dish- they LOVE! I prefer to use a wok to cook the cauliflower in because I find it cooks it faster and makes it a little crispy. I also prefer peanut oil for a change from olive oil but feel free to use any oil. Enjoy!
